Helena bajo camper heel. Camper is practically synonymous with the word comfort, and the Helena pump is proof! The mary jane strap, featuring a covered button closure, is elasticized for a perfect fit. The smooth leather upper and low heel will be easy to dress up or down, while the padded, leather-lined insole will massage each of your stylish steps. Camper is more than a shoe company, it is the dream of a Majorcan family who have been manufacturing shoes since 1877. It is a Mediterranean dream that establishes a way of being, of living and of feeling. Their dream combines traditional roots with an industrial vocation and has lead Camper throughout the world. Camper shoes have a spirit and personality of their own, presenting a diverse range of footwear that combines design with imagination and functionality. They are unique and original, and constantly surprise. The slogan "Walk. Don't Run" expresses the Camper philosophy of slow living and their appreciation and attention to detail. These are values that are found in the original designs created with the passion and flavor of the Mediterranean. See more
After reading other reviews I did order a size larger than I normaly wear. This was a must. They run a bit small. The quality of the shoe is very good. I did have a cobler stretch them over the top of the arch in front becase they were a bit tight for my feet in that area. I did wear them all day long and had no major problems. Wearing them for several times before leaving home would be recommended. I am a hard fit and needed to put a heal pad in the shoes because I have a really narrow heal. I loved the fact that the rubber soles kept me from slipping on stage as I used them for Sweet Adeline International compeition. They are a shoe that you can dance in and feel like you still have a good product on your feet.Delivery was the greatest. Thanks Amazon.I love these shoes and purchase this style of Camper Mary Jane constantly, often direct from the Camper website. My last purchase of them was "on sale" on Amazon, and when the shoes arrived a few details made me question their authenticity - the smell wasn't right, the leather didn't have the right sheen or feel, the button protruded and the tiny triangle stitch for the strap was bigger than on the pair I was wearing. I re-purchased from a verified Camper dealer, and sure enough the Amazon pair are fakes! I give 5 stars because you might just get a proper pair of Camper Mary Janes and they are fantastic. But if you get the rip offs you're not getting the true craftsmanship of the shoe and they may not last as long and feel as good as the real deal.I'm normally a US size 8.5 W, but I decided to give these a shot to see if they would work better for an interview that I had coming up.I ended up settling on these shoes. They were fairly comfortable (though I didn't have time to really break them in before the interview, so I now have sores healing on the back of my heel). The heel is low enough that it doesn't put too much pressure on my toes, and I can walk easily in them despite a balance issue and a broken vertebra. They looked professional enough to wear to my interview, but they were stylish enough for me to feel like I looked good in them. These were more expensive than the other shoes that I returned, but I do feel that they were worth it. Eventually, I need to break them in to avoid issues with the Achilles tendon, but other than that, I really do love them.Following all the reviewer's advice, I ordered a size up from my regular size.I wear size 6 in dress shoes and 6.5 in sneakers and loafers. So I figure, 7 would be perfect.I ordered a pair of size 7, and strangely, they were too big. I wasn't sure whether to go withsize 6 or not, since a smaller size would also likely mean narrower width and I have borderline wide feet. But 6 turned out to be perfect. If you don't mind the hassle of returning, I suggest ordering two sizessince this is the cutest pair of shoes (and super comfy)!I liked the style, and though I have wide fat and old feet , they fit ! I thought I would have to return them because the size 40 seemed a bit much - I usually fit a 38 or 39 in European sizing . However, when I tried them on , my feet slid in ( like butter ! ) and after walking around the house in them , I decided they were keepers .True to Camper sizing, I find a size 40 to be equal to an 8.5 (normally I would wear a 39). It's a nice enough shoe. The brown is a very dark/gray brown, not a chocolate brown.I hate high heels, and can't walk in heels. BUT I had to get them for a job, so naturally, I went with Camper. Will have to buy more. Fit PERFECTLY, great quality, heel is not too high <3 but enough to pass as heels, and so comfortable.Camper 4EI love this shoe!! It is one of the most comfortable pair I own. I walk a lot at work on very hard floors and these campers feel good all day. I get many compliments on them. I just wish I could find them in Navy!I love these shoes. They are stylish but also extremely comfortable for walking. I do not normally wear heels, so these shoes allow me to have a bit of a heel without loosing comfort. The Heel and sole are made of rubber, so good for any weatherI have problem with my foot, but I can wear these for hours and walk around with no stress at all. Very versatile style too.Bought as replacement. Partner reports as good as first pair.Great shoes, but if i'd had time, i would have returned for a size larger. Quite narrow in the toes.Perfect shoes!
